Topology-Optimized
Swing Arm.

A preliminary lightweight component concept for a radio-controlled vehicle application, developed around topology-driven geometry and exploratory structural analysis.

StageEarly design / concept
Current approachConventional 3D printing
Long-term directionTitanium additive manufacturing
01 / Selected visuals only

A closer look at the design.

Only limited visual excerpts are displayed. Full CAD data, the complete simulation report, dimensions and detailed calculation settings are not part of this portfolio.

Previews are not downloadable CAD geometry or an interactive solver.

Engineering context: The available static-study imagery comes from a preliminary setup with material assumptions different from the intended titanium version. No validation of the future metal component is claimed here.
02 / Development direction

From printable concept to a potential metal component.

The current geometry is at the draft stage and is suitable as a concept for conventional 3D printing. A future version is intended to be evaluated for laser-based titanium additive manufacturing, subject to further design, material and structural verification.

Vehicle scale, manufacturing feasibility and validated performance have not been established in the material provided.
